NWOCA Instructional Services Supports its member districts with questions on using WebWasher, Moodle and other web based systems that are hosted by NWOCA.
Remote Connections
Remote support requires you install a small piece of software that allows us to connect to your computer. You can delete this software when the support session is concluded. First step is to call your support person and request remote support.

Once you are on the phone with a NWOCA support person, they will prompt you to do the following:
Mac Users will download Vineserver from the following link and run it on their local Mac. You will be asked for the iIP Address of your machine (shown in the vine server window)
Mac Users Download Vine Server
PC Users will visit the Support site and choose either inside or outside connection and then click on the staff member they wish to connect with. You will be prompted to download and run the software. Click connect to make a connection.
